GotThisKit is designed for digital delivery. No physical books, printed pages, or other items will be shipped.
From payment to your files
- Review your kit. Check the final contents, software requirements, license, and order total before paying.
- Pay through hosted checkout. Delivery waits for the payment provider to confirm the payment. Returning to a success page alone does not confirm an order.
- Open your access page. A confirmed order can be accessed in the checkout browser and through a private email link sent to the purchase email.
- Choose your files. Each download is checked against the purchased kit version and current access status before a short-lived file link is created.
Managed Payments purchases are sold through Link. Link sends your payment receipt and applicable invoice. GotThisKit sends a separate file-access confirmation and helps with the kit itself. Keep both emails for your records.
A link expired?
Email access links and individual file links are time-limited for security. Use the access recovery page to request a new email link. If an eligible order exists, the message is sent to the original confirmed purchase address. The recovery page does not display order details.
What you need
You will need an internet connection for checkout and downloading, an email address you can access, and the software listed on the product page. PDF readers, spreadsheet editors, and word processors have different capabilities. Check the tested compatibility and print size on your kit’s product page before ordering.
The purchased version
An order identifies the version purchased even if the catalog title or latest kit version changes. Access still depends on a valid purchase and the applicable terms. There is no promise of unlimited new editions or permanent hosting. Save a copy of the downloaded files on your own device. This does not limit required corrections or other statutory remedies.
Keeping your files private
Keep your access links private. Secure links reduce unintended access, but they are not copy protection: a downloaded file can be copied. Reselling or redistributing the original files is not part of the kit license.
If access needs attention
A delayed confirmation or email does not mean you should pay again. Once payment is confirmed, use access recovery or contact support with your order reference. A full refund revokes future downloads; dispute access is handled according to the published policy and payment status.
