Check the contents, examples and software requirements before choosing a digital kit. Here is how to get help if something goes wrong.
Help with a file or delivery
If a file is missing, damaged, unavailable or materially different from its description, contact hallo@gotthiskit.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. GotThisKit handles product and delivery questions. Do not send card details or a private access link. If only your access email has expired, try access recovery first.
Payment and refund requests
Managed Payments orders are sold through Link. For a payment or refund request, follow the support details in your Link receipt or visit Sold through Link support. Link handles transaction support and can contact GotThisKit about the product. Your receipt identifies the payment seller and the applicable transaction details.
On Link’s page, choose Contact support. If you have a Link account, use Help with a Purchase and select the order. If you checked out as a guest, choose I have a charge from Link.com to reach email support. Explain your request and include the order details from your receipt. For an applicable cooling-off cancellation, state “cooling off period.”
Withdrawal and immediate delivery
The Sold through Link terms give EU and UK consumers a 14-day cooling-off period from receiving access to or delivery of the product. Contact Link support, request a refund and state “cooling off period” as the basis. Requesting immediate access to your kit does not override this right.
Other applicable consumer rights also remain available. If GotThisKit’s policy is more restrictive than Link’s applicable refund policy, Link’s policy controls. Contact GotThisKit if you need help identifying your order or reporting a content problem.
Problems with the purchased content
Applicable statutory remedies remain available. Depending on the issue and legal conditions, these can include bringing the content into conformity without charge, a proportionate price reduction or ending the contract with reimbursement. There is no blanket “no refunds” rule. No additional GotThisKit money-back guarantee is offered.
Access after a refund
A full refund stops new downloads. A partial refund does not automatically remove access. Already-downloaded files cannot be remotely erased, and a previously issued short-lived link may work until it expires. A payment dispute may suspend new downloads while it is reviewed. Contact support if you believe access was suspended incorrectly.
