What is a kit?
A kit is a focused set of digital guides and tools for a specific task. Each of our first three kits contains a 24-page guide with printable worksheets and the Excel or Word tools listed on its product page.
Where can I see the included files?
Every product page lists the included PDF guide and editable companion files, with their formats and descriptions. A free three-page PDF sample lets you read part of the actual guide.
Are the previews actual product files?
Each product page now includes a free three-page PDF sample taken from its actual guide and clearly marked as a sample. The separate interactive layout cards remain illustrations. Full guides and editable files are not included in the free samples.
Will I receive anything in the mail?
No. These are digital downloads. Printed-looking covers and document mockups illustrate the files; they do not represent physical books or stationery that will be shipped.
What software will I need?
Each product page lists the actual file formats and software. A PDF reader opens PDF guides. Editable spreadsheets and documents may require Microsoft Excel or Word. Compatibility with other apps is not verified.
How do downloads work?
Access follows confirmed payment. The checkout browser and an email link provide access to the purchased version. Download links expire for security; access recovery sends a fresh link to the original purchase email when an eligible order is found.
Do I need an account?
Checkout does not require a GotThisKit account. Access is tied to a confirmed order and its private access link. Treat those links as private.
Can I share or resell the files?
You may use and adapt the tools for your own business or event and share completed outputs with their intended recipients. You may not redistribute or resell the original guide, blank templates, workbook, or private download links. Each product page includes the kit’s license.
What currency are the prices in?
Catalog prices are USD base prices including applicable tax. Checkout shows the payment currency and final total before payment.
What if a kit is not right for me?
Read each kit’s “for you” and “not for you” guidance and free sample first. See our Refund Policy for payment and content issues. Applicable rights for faulty or misdescribed content remain unaffected.
